Today makes one question the conclusion of one of Earth's most omnicient mammals. Take the time context away and one could only describe the weather as Spring! This most unusal Wisconsin weather consisted of pools of melted ice. By the late afternoon it felt around 36 degrees with a very slight breeze out of the Southwest and 0% cloud cover. I think that the lack of clouds would be an indicator of a low pressure system in Eau Claire.
