The temperature feels about 25 degrees with the wind coming out of the West.  The dewpoint depression is about 15 degrees giving us a 50% relative humidity.  Pressure has been rising over the past 24 hours.  Looking at the charts below you can see that temperature and dew point drop about equally until 6:00am.  Then the dew point starts dropping faster than temperature, driving the relative humidity down.  At ten the temperature starts to rise much faster than dew point, causing a large dew point depression so we are left with fairly dry air.
