11:04, Wednesday. 4 April 2012.

It's 50 degrees with the wind blowing lightly from the Northeast.  There is a very large dewpoint depression and consequently low humidity.  The barometer dropped a bit, steadily over the course of the day but it is now slowly rising.

the clock-wise motion of the wind direction and low cloud cover in the North could mean a High pressure cell is over central Canada.

If there is a High pressure cell in Central Canada then the jetstream, it seems, will bring it closer to Wisconsin and we will see a rising barometer.
